clion 右键 cmakelists.txt 点击 reload cmake project 这个步骤怎么走代理

如果我在命令行设置http_proxy 的话， cmake .. 可以成功走代理，但是如果我右键点击CMakeLists.txt，如果执行过程中有一些下载 github 仓库的操作，由于走不了代理，就不能继续进行下去了。。。

看上去这是一个 git 操作（`git clone`），所以

```
git config --global http.proxy http://<host>:<port>
git config --global https.proxy http://<host>:<port>
```

可不可以呢？
