ntt 线路 udp 连接，高峰期是否炸？

RT，

用 iperf3 tcp 测，速度会跳来跳去，说明线路极其不稳定。
改 udp 测，没有出现跳的情况。
不知道稳定性如何。

udp 测要改小 mtu，否则不能标明真实情况
