由于猪队友七牛云(/t/404735), 没法提供国内镜像节点了, 抱歉。

经@liangchaoboy 提供的七牛CDN文档， 已解决国内镜像feed时发生的问题，故增加国内源：

镜像自GAS输出结果，每小时更新：http://oz3vwa495.bkt.clouddn.com/v2ex-hot-topic.xml
FYI：我自己用的就是国内Feed，毕竟最热这类还是有一定时效性的 =D
