版权所有人应该可以要求 GitHub 封掉 @acdea4effdbb420d 你存到 BitBucket 一样可以被 DMCA 对于我想要的 我一般都是 git clone 到本地然后打包备份到网盘上面 |

如果只是公布了部分代码的话，应该可以算作 Fair Use 范畴，可以 Counter DMCA 的。 |
