目前在尝试将一些项目放到 docker 中，希望通过 pyenv 创建运行环境，大概过程如下：
pyenv install 2.7
pyenv virtualenv 2.7 container
执行上述命令的过程中，会安装 python-2.7 ， pip 和 virtualenv ，但是网络有时会因为 不可抗力 中断，并且速度也很缓慢。
各位有没有好的法子能够解决这个问题?

既然都用 docker 了，就直接去 from 相应版本的 Python 就好了，在里面用 virtualenv 感觉有点多此一举
