前几天吐槽了一下

Regarding your inquiry, I can see that you have a running instance in US West (Oregon) Region which is a Linux t1.micro.

I can see that you launched our services in July 2013 and you were covered by Free Tier.

The Free Tier service on your account expired in July 2014.

That would explain the charges for August and September as any running instances on your account that was covered by Free Tier will be charged at On Demand rates.

I have applied a credit to your account to cover September charges but I would request you to terminate the instance to avoid further charges.
